A contemporary administrative and office building designed in the Shaykhontohur District of Tashkent. The project combines a compact form, functional planning and contemporary architectural solutions.
The administrative and office building on Oftob Street is a compact and functional architectural solution designed for a contemporary business environment. The spatial planning concept responds to the surrounding urban context, efficient use of interior spaces and the creation of a distinctive modern architectural character. The façade combines render, paint, liquid travertine and decorative porcelain stoneware to create a cohesive and refined appearance. Large glazed surfaces enhance natural daylight and establish a visual connection between the interior and exterior. Practical and durable interior finishes are also incorporated into the design. With a total usable area of 593 m², the building combines functionality, comfort and contemporary architectural expression.
