About the project

A contemporary hotel designed to integrate naturally into the urban environment. The project combines functional guest spaces, convenient parking and a landscaped outdoor setting within a cohesive architectural concept.

Located in Tashkent’s Yakkasaray District, the hotel project combines contemporary urban architecture with a comfortable hospitality environment. The five-storey building is organised around a compact spatial planning concept, with an accessible open terrace provided at roof level. The architectural character is defined by a combination of large glazed surfaces and decorative panels. Transparent façade elements give the building a light and contemporary appearance while supporting natural daylight within the interior spaces. The site plan incorporates the hotel building, parking, pedestrian pathways and landscaped areas. The overall arrangement creates a comfortable, well-organised and visually coherent environment for guests.
