«CREATIVE AVENUE» is a contemporary creative center being developed in the Chilanzar District of Tashkent. The project brings together diverse functional spaces within a unified architectural concept, creating a pedestrian-friendly environment, organized parking areas and contemporary public spaces.
«CREATIVE AVENUE» kreativ markazi Toshkent shahri, Chilonzor tumani, «Diyor» MFY, Lutfiy ko‘chasi, 47-uy manzilida joylashgan. Loyiha 28 680,0 m² maydonni egallagan hududda shakllantirilgan bo‘lib, qurilish maydoni 10 006,5 m² ni tashkil etadi. The «CREATIVE AVENUE» Creative Center is located at 47 Lutfiy Street, «Diyor» MFY, Chilanzar District, Tashkent. The project occupies a 28,680.0 m² site, with a building footprint of 10,006.5 m². The architectural concept combines contemporary spatial solutions with comfortable pedestrian routes and landscaped public areas. The development also provides parking for 150 vehicles.
