About the project

A contemporary premium country residence integrated into the mountainous landscape of Charvak. Cascading architecture, open water features and rooftop terraces define a modern approach to leisure in nature.

The project makes full use of the natural terrain, bringing architecture and landscape together as a unified composition. Cascading volumes, a generous outdoor pool and water features create a dynamic and distinctive character throughout the site. The open rooftop terrace is oriented towards panoramic views and combines relaxation, dining and pool areas. Landscaped greenery and a dedicated children’s water-play zone complete the recreational environment, creating a private setting for family leisure.
