Spanning a total area of 1.99 hectares, it includes an administrative office building and extensive warehouse facilities. The site features optimized transport infrastructure, including dedicated parking and maneuver areas for heavy cargo trucks (trailers) and passenger vehicles. Energy-efficient solar panels are planned for installation on the roof. Over 25% of the total area is designated for green landscaping, fulfilling modern eco-friendly architectural standards.
