Key Features & Estate Amenities: • Chalet Architecture: Natural timber, stone textures, panoramic glazing, and ambient warm facade lighting. • Aqua Lounge & Outdoor Cinema: Open-air swimming pool with fountain cascades, poolside cinema setup, sunbeds, and a covered gazebo. • Sports & Playground: On-site basketball court and safe children's play area. • Landscape & Amenities: Outdoor fire pit lounge, ornamental fountains, manicured gardens, and a car carport.
